<Islands> originates from a reflection on the alienation and loneliness of today's society. Today, the pace of life is becoming increasingly tense, and mental health issues have become a pressing concern for everyone. In cities, people are becoming closer to each other but increasingly lonely. In this situation, people need to constantly adjust their existing psychological and behavioral patterns. The work deeply reflects on the distance and relationship between people through the posture and gap of two embracing individuals, just as art can bring people closer, fill gaps, and embrace warmth.
